• Do you do returns/exchanges?

Yes, you can return/exchange within 30 calendar days. Please contact info@ribbonrage.com to arrange your return/exchange. Unless a piece is custom made, you cannot exchange nor return.

• Do you have an in-person store?

No, but there will be shop pop-ups happening soon.

• Do you have delivery charges?

Yes, there is a standardized rate of around 30-50 AED charge for delivery based on your location in the UAE. This will be calculated at checkout based on your address.

• How and where is the clothing made?

Every piece is made locally in the UAE. All fabric is hand-picked in the UAE as well.

• What does Ribbon Rage sell?

Fashion items. Think of it as buying from a thrift store, where every piece is unique, BUT these pieces are not used and are not secondhand. You get to own unique fashion pieces that are not on the market, but brand new.

• Do you make custom clothes?

Custom clothing is exceptional for those who would like an item to be resold in the store. Please be informed that this would be at an additional cost. Some pieces may never be sold in the same way again due to the unique fabric and details used in each piece. However, reselling an item can be discussed and agreed upon one-on-one. Please directly contact us by email or via direct messages on TikTok.

• Who runs this store?

The owner of Ribbon Rage is Abu Dhabi-based and currently runs the store solo. She may hire additional staff in the future. Please e-mail info@ribbonrage.com if you're interested in becoming a graphic designer or model for Ribbon Rage.
