All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.

You can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit to use on your next purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We use a tracked courier service to make sure your item gets back to us safely.
🚚 Shipping Policy
We currently ship across the UAE only. All orders are delivered through our local courier driver service.
⏰ Delivery Time
Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to arrive after it’s shipped. You’ll receive a message once it’s on the way!

Free shipping on orders over AED 250
Orders under AED 250 will have a standard delivery fee calculated at checkout
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? It happens! You can cancel your order before it’s shipped — simply contact us with your order number.
Please note that cancellations are eligible for store credit only (no refunds to the original payment method). Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled but may still be returned once delivered (see our Refund Policy above).
